Supporting youth as impetus for the strengthening of democracy and civil society in Ukraine, Kyiv, Ukraine

On Tuesday, December 6th, 24 Ukrainian students had a discussion with Marcel Röthig, Director of the Regional Office “Dialogue Eastern Europe” in the FES office about the prospects of social and civic activities of the youth and the participation of young people in the political life.

The meeting was organized in frames of the project "Supporting youth as impetus for the strengthening of democracy and civil society in Ukraine."

The project is focused on gathering the Ukrainian youth that is interested in the political processes and their wider involvement, as well as in solving social and socio-political issues in Ukraine through the promotion of democratic values and knowledge exchange in the field of politics in the legal state in cooperation with civil society.
